Our lead times vary depending on the product and shipping method. The fastest option is white/white PVCu windows shipped by air, which can be delivered in as little as 3 weeks. For standard PVCu windows shipped by ocean freight, delivery typically takes 6 to 9 weeks. Aluminum window orders generally take 8 to 12 weeks via ocean freight, while special or custom orders may require up to 16 weeks.

Our standard payment terms are:

- 60% deposit for manufacturing to start

- 30% deposit before shipment. Once the windows/doors reach our fulfillment center, we will provide provide pictures and request payment before the goods leave our warehouse.

- 10% final payment after the delivery and 100% satisfaction

Our standard windows and doors are provided with Low-E double pane glass, filled with argon gas. We use warm edge Swisspacer in black as standard to improve the energy efficiency of our windows. We can provide triple pane glass as well as many other glazing types depending on your project needs - low/high SHGC, VT, soundproof even bulletproof glass.

Each window has weatherboard on the drainage holes, covers on the lower and upper hinges, micro-ventilation (with windows with tilt and turn action) and a security window handle. We also offer exterior and interior window sills, shading blinds, outdoor blinds, window screens, lockable window handles, wide choice of entrance door handles and handrails.

On demand we can provide our installation package including nailing fins, screws, waterproof tape, low expansion foam and shims.
