STC rating
STC is most applicable for interior areas that experience mid to high frequency noises, such as conversation, television, or office equipment. For windows, STC ratings range from 18 to 38. STC rating is an instrument measurement of how much noise is stopped. The STC ratings allow accurate comparisons.
Please take into account, that the soundproof window of many manufacturers works only together with your existing window. Our soundproof windows can achieve up to 44 STC rating just by high glazing.
